I  think ,you need change of glass because in presbyopia number usually goes in increasing every two year in normal person..In  diabetes,& people  with cataract this rule does not apply.

What kind of glasses are you using? Progressive or reading glasses? Browse for computer vision syndrome in Google and check again for glasses prescription .
