Hello..my son is of 13 months..I make dry fruit powder at home for him...I use to boil that powder in milk & then strain it and then give that milk 2 my son...want to know that whether the nutrients of dry fruit powder gets transfer to milk during boiling or not??

I'm not sure how much of the nutrients are getting transferred to the milk. U can make a paste of the dry fruits in a blender and add it to the milk. That will be better
