Dry hair and acne problem

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have dry and fizzy hair and it looks very dull I have used oils to moisturise it and to keep it at its position but then I started having acne and pimples on my face as well as on my scalp. Please suggest any good moisturiser which I can use all day long and it should nourish my hair just like an oil without having any acne.
