Hi.. to soften your hair use a good shampoo and consitioner with moisturising agents. You may like to try Trickenz shampoo and Triflow conditioner for regular use. Make sure to apply the conditioner only on your hair length (hair below ear) and not on scalp. Secondly its very natural to have a darker skin tone in body than face. The best measure is to use a sunscreen with high spf and pa +++ on your body ( area exposed to sun) .use sunscreen every 2 /3 hours. This would help reduce damage of skin due to UV rays. Apply sunscreen even when its cloudy/foggy outdoors. Also when you are in your home. Because even artificial lights (tubes/bulbs/tv/computer/cooking) may cause pigmentation. Wear full sleeved cotton garments for additional protection. De-pigmenting agents can be prescribed if needed to help with pigmentation. This should be done only after consultation.
Next Steps
Visit a dermatologist for proper asessment of yor skin. he/she will be able to guide you further
Health Tips
Do not go for over the counter bleaching /skin lighting products from medicine shops. As it may lead to severe damage to your skin.
