Hello. Oiling your hair daily may cause your scalp to get irritated. It's advisable to use oil for a short period of time and then wash the hair. The dryness of scalp may be caused because of dandruff too. You can use a ketoconazole shampoo twice a week for 5-6 weeks.  For dryness of hair, you can use a good conditioner after shampooing your hair. Regarding thinning, it's advisable to visit a doctor's clinic for detailed diagnosis.

Oiling is our age old tradition. It is healthy. But the kind of oil that we use is important. It is better to use natural oils without any fragrance or mineral oil or preservatives. Slightly warming oil and massaging on scalp is beneficial.
Next Steps
you can seek a detailed consultation on haircare.
