  4. Dry patches. Is some kind of infection.

I have recently developed dry patches, round in shape, slightly darker than my skin tone.One of the patches has been there since almost a year now.The patches are non itchy and non red. I have also developed three red dots on my chest recently. I am worried if this is some kind of infection.
