Dry persistent cough
I am 39 yrs old female
Having dry cough since a month
Tried spiromont FA initially nd Reswas syrup
But no relief
Now my dr has gvn me a mild steroid Defstar 6 mg
With Spiromont F 180 mg
And Asthakind Syrup for five days
Today’s fourth day of medication
But still no improvement
Kindly help

There are many causes for chronic cough such as allergic airway disorder, post viral cough which is common type of dry cough syndrome after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection, reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
