Dry skin on Eye lid

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have encountering dry/Flaky skin on lid of my eyes and it has reached upto bottom of eyebrow..Tried to resolve it through normal cream but it is not working out..Though it doesn't cause any pain but gives irritations...Facing this issues from last two months..need an advice
