Mild to moderate dryness can be taken care of by lubricant drops and gels. Start eye drops refresh tears 4 times a day and lubrigel ointment once at night. Nausea and vomiting is not associated with dryness. But it can be associated with increased eye pressure. So you need to get your intraocular pressure checked as well as systemic body checkup.
