I have been having Dryness and flakiness on face esp on eyelids, nose are, area around lips, sometimes on forehead for few days .

Going by your complaints, I would like to ask you further questions A) Did you try facial/bleach or any procedures in a Salon B) Did you use any over the counter skin lightening Creams? C) Do you have dandruff? D) Do you have burning/itching just after venturing out in Sun?
