  4. Dryness in both eyes. Curable or not?

Dryness in both eyes
I have been suffering from dryness in both eyes after sj syndrome last two years. presently continue refresh tear,nextane,cyclosporin,iflomax, 2 time warm compressed . I want to know is this curable or not?

Hello I am sorry but there is no cure for dryness caused by sj You will need to use these eyedrops for life

Complete cure of sj syndrome is very difficult. Please continue the same treatment .
