Dryness in breasts . want recommendation

Hello i'm experiencing dryness on my areolas for more than few months i apply moisturizer as well. But after taking shower again dryness occurs. And brown skin comes with it no idea why . i don't have any other condition like pain, itching or soreness . Please kindly tell me what is it.
