Dryness of lips as well as around lips
I've been suffering from dry lips for years. For the last 1 week, in addition to dry lips, the skin around my lips too have become dry and very flaky. I only use cetaphil moisturiser and cleanser for my face. I also use a lip balm, but there is not much relief.pls advise

1. you seem to be having cheilitis and this could either be nutritional - due to deficiencies, or due to recurrent licking or wetting of lips with your saliva as a habit or due to some allergic reaction to a lip balm/lipstick or a cosmetic product used. Additionally you seem to have perioral hyperpigmentation / post inflammatory hyper pigmentation.
2. try using plain vaseline jelly
3. see a qualified dermatologist to assess the issue.
