Dryness on face, redness
I have severe dryness on face and red spots on head and some red spots on other parts of the body.
The same is very irritation on the face and head and uncontrollable during the day time

It appears from your description and photograph that you have a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis caused by a fungus and allergic reaction.
