  4. Dryness on lips. There. please suggest.

Dryness on lips
My skin is normal but , there is constant dryness only lips and around it. Even after moisturising. Lips are always chapped. And skin on lips and around the mouth is flaky. Since moisturising is not helping. I am assuming may be deficiency is there.Please suggest.
