Dsar doctor kindly suggest me good
I am having an armpit lump from 1.5month without any discharge but have somehow pain.I have no fever and no any pther symptoms and no history of any other disease.i make my blood test done and mantoux on 18/05/20.This picture of mantaux test is after 40 hours.it has some pain and swelling.

it may be tubercular lymphadenitis or simple chronic hair follicle abscess, sub optimally treated

montoux test is not very specific test. it only suggests infection not the disease, which is different in the case of tuberculosis.

Hello noted above history. Depending on positive mauntaux test and raised WBC and ESR and site of location of gland since 45 days may be tuberculosis of Lymph node.
Next Steps
Don’t worry and panic. With FIne needle aspiration cytology it can be diagnosed.

Your concern noted. Measure the induration of mantoux after 48-72 hrs. Go for a FNAC of that lump.
