Dull pain in hip

Dull pain in hip

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Yesterday I just lifted some heavy object from that time my left hip has started to pain dull maybe due to cold weather or how don't know .what should be done next.had visited doctor and took the x-ray.is anything to be worried about and if dhs is removed then what about the healing time taken in this weather.
