Duodenal ulcer with narrowed bulb
I have been suffering from abdominal pain, discomfort, burning for a long time. I visited a gastroentrology doctor then he suggested me for endoscopy and results bulb and post bulber junction stenosis. Then doctor tried endoscopic CRE ballon dilatation but failed. Moreover, doctor told me for a surgical treatment. what can I do now?

your problem is called as " Chronic duodenal ulcer with gastric outlet obstruction" . common presentation is abdominal pain, ball rolling movement and vomiting . Best management is surgical treatment . laparoscopic GJ & VAGOTOMY PROCEDURE. Consult a surgical gastroenterologist in your place.
