Asked for Female, 26 Years

Iam having one endometric cyst. My period got delayed by 8 days. When I consulted gynecologist, she suggested duphaston. Today morning I had my first dose of duphaston. From evening I have been spotting light brown discharge. Is it my period? Do I need to continue intake of medicine? Or Am I pregnant?

If you have doubt confirm the pregnancy by home kit if negative continue the treatment otherwise this spoting you will get on and off so what ever dose doctor has prescribed complete it.
