Vomiting and nausea are normal during pregnancy and  peaks at about 9 weeks and clears up completely for many women by 16-20 weeks of pregnancy .it usually improves towards the end of 1st trimester .
Health Tips
*Try to change the eating pattern *Don't drink lots of fluid at one time *Eat small meals or snake every 2-3 hours                instead of 3 large meals per day . *Don't eat fried or spicy foods. * Avoid goods with strong odors . * Seek medical help if vomiting is so sever , the person can't keep down fluid or food. ### Take 1 tsp lime juice +1 tsp honey +1tsp ginger Juice  helps to reduce the frequency of vomiting . consult me online through this plateform for further details.
