We want to avoid dialysis but another 30 minutes doctors here in mission hospital r forcing to do dylasys , please suggest Creatinine 11.3 Sodium 139 Uric acid 10.9 Urea 218

with such values of serum creatinine and blood urea, I think patient also would be symptomatic. If the potassium value is also high, then he would definitely require dialysis
