Dysmenorrhea problem
Ive been having a dysmenorrhea. Since my menstruation. Start but its tolerable i dontneed to take any medications. But for now since my period start yesterday my dysmenorrhea is very painful and i nee to take pain reliever.

U need to rule out endometriosis ,fibroid ,polyp or ovarian cysts if u hv severe dysmenorrhea.
For now u cn tk tab meftal spas after food as n when needed for pain
