For the past two days, Ear ache with swelling in jaw and very hard to chew the food. Could you please help to get rid of the pain.

As per your description..it seems you have infection in the teeth and gum.. earache is a referred pain from the gum.. visit an dentist/ENT specialist for proper assessment..
