Ear and imbalance problem
My father is having hearing problem from one ear . He is suffering from balancing problem. Generally in the morning while reading newspaper or walking he gets chakkar. Sweating ,vomiting condition and heavy heart he feels.After sleeping for 2 3 hours it is normal again.He is high BP Patient (no diabetes , bp is normal during chakkar) Sir 1) For This we consulted with Nuero( CT Scan normal) doctor he told its a problem with ears. 2) We consulted with cardiologist they said heart is ok. 3) We consulted with EAR specialist he suggested hearing aid with some exercise ,papa is using it but till now problem persists. Now the frequency of chakkar has increased please suggest .

The problem of Vertigo is certainly due to the ear pathology He needs to be assessed properly and there are investigations like VNG vHITS and EcoG.. A definitive diagnosis can be done so as to give him proper treatment and complete relief Do not go ahead with repetitive scans or MRI as there is going to be no help from diagnostic point
