My ear was slapped and it's bleeding now why it's that and can it be cured .

Most likely you have a perforation of your ear drum. Show it to a specialist nearby. Do not put ear drops. Keep ear dry. Sometimes the perforation heals spontaneously. If pus starts or water goes in then it is unlikely to heal by itself. Show it to a specialist at once
