Ear blockage
Since last week I have had blockage in one ear due to a cold. My cold has gone since a few days ago yet there is no sign of improvement and the ringing in the ear is very loud. No pain, just the feeling of fullness and less hearing.

This condition is known as eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold
Next Steps
It may take few more days to resolve. Do valsalva maneuver frequently for early recovery
