Please doctor,i have been having ear discharge of yellow mucus for years now.i have gone to various treatment centers but yet it has not stopped. Please what do i do.

Chronic ear discharge is usually because of chronic middle ear infection known as chronic otitis media. Usually there will be perforation of ear drum in this condition associated with recurrent ear discharge and decreased hearing. If diagnosis is confirmed surgery known as tympanoplasty is recommended
