Ear drum hole
Respected Dr. My left ear has a hole on the drum and its hearing power is 40 db .Is it possible to cure with out surgery?

You seem to be having perforation of the ear drum with conductive hearing loss. If the perforation is long standing then there is no medical treatment, surgery known as tympanoplasty is the only option for permanent cure
