You cannot leave an eustachian tube dysfunction without treatment. It can cause significant problems later on. Has to be treated aggressively.

No, the eustachian tube dysfunction must be treated aggressively to resolve the tympanic membrane retraction as soon as possible to give you a normal hearing and fully functional ears.
