Ear drup reptured
I am having ear infection since last one month , less hearing through ear , doctor asked it is hole in eardrum , it will heal through surgery only or it will heal with antibiotics ?

Acute infection ..small hole may heal on it's own. but large or moderate perforation requires surgery

I do not have enough information to help you. The discharging will stop with antibiotics but there is no guarantee that it will not recur.
