I feel the blockage in left ear at frequent intervals. This problem persists from last few years. Is it just the ear wax or there could be something serious.

As this problem is intermittent.. possibility of otitis media of effusion with eustachian tube dysfunction is more.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
