I'm 30 years old female, Feeling pressure and heaviness on my left ear accompanied by bit pain and head ache since Iast 2 days.

You can take steam inhalation to get relief in pressure in ear. For pain, take Tab. Crocin or calpol. If you have running nose, take Anticold medicine.
Next Steps
if no relief, please consult to near by ENT specialist who will see inside of your ear to check any wax or any infection is there or not.
