Though your question is not very clear I think you want to reduce size of hole in the ear lobule, where you put ear stud. The procedure of reducing size is known as lobuloplasty. Usually ENT and plastic surgeons perform this procedure. Price of the procedure depends on the specialist and hospital. It may range from 1k to 5k.
