Ear Pain and Blackish Inside
My wife Ear pain sometimes, I tried to see through torch, The ear which is paining has something black inside, and othe other ear is totally clean.
Even after cleaing with ear drop still the blackish thing is inside. What that could be?

She seems to be having impacted wax inside ear canal. When it becomes hard and impacted it can have pain. Only way to treat this condition is by removal. Before removal she needs to use wax softeners like Otorex or soliwax three drops three times daily for five days then consult nearby ENT specialist so that he can clean it by suctioning or syringing
