I am 48 years old person i have ear pain due to cold and sinus When climate is change having this problem

You might be suffering eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. If symptoms persist then you may need to take course of anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops
