Ear pain in connection with fever
I had cold fever from past two days, fever has subsided and cold has also reduced. I feel incredibly weak and have ear ache. Is this common?

Yes. Its because you had upper respiratory tract infection.  Which has subsided now. Earache during ir after it is very common as the tube which connects nose and ear gets blocked.
Next Steps
For pain take simple analgesics like paracetamol. steam inhalations twice daily will lessen ur pain and helps the tube clear faster
