Hi doctor My mother is diagnosed with Csom when she complained of ear pain. Please tell me how it can be treated

Chronic suppurative otitis media is a common type of chronic middle ear infection. If confirmed only permanent treatment would be surgery known as tympanoplasty. She needs  to keep her ear dry and not allow water to enter
