I am having moderate right earache with some hearing loss since last night. Can sense swelling and increased pressure in the ear. Do I need to show to the ENT or just take painkillers?

You might be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. Usually it is a self resolving condition and symptomatic treatment in the form of anti cold medicines and painkillers is usually sufficient
Next Steps
If your symptoms persist then consult nearby ENT specialist
