Hi .. while playing wit brother he hit on my lower jaw.. 2 days bk .. now I. Cnt open my mouth wide n cnt bite anyting on right side .. inside ear n that side of all bones n hear paining

You seem to have had blunt injury to the jaw and joint which might have resulted in temporo Mandibular joint Injury. You may need to take soft diet, painkillers and hot compresses. You also should consult a maxillofacial surgeon to rule out a fracture
