Hello doctor
From few days I'm feeling like some vibrating thing I'm getting in my ears or feel it's vibrating dono what exactly it's so
How do I find out??
Is my ears alright I don't have any other things in my ear

A sensation of vibration / ringing noise or sound of air blowing is called tinnitus. It can happen if the hearing is reduced due to any cause including common ear wax.
Next Steps
I suggest you to meet an ENT doctor and remove wax if it is present .. if problem still persists you should go for a hearing test called audiometer
