Hi, I have ear pain problem getting some insects kind of sound in my ears but I can hear voice properly.Facinh this issue from past 1year.

You might be suffering from tinnitus, cause for tinnitus needs to be identified before treatment. You may need to undergo complete ear examination with audiological investigation to confirm the diagnosis
