Sir my wife suffering from last 2 months ear pain I cunsult the dr om kirodiwals clinic he is told me that my wife's left side ear cover inside a small hole so he is told me this problem only total recover from operation sir I am ask you this problem can solve the medicine only if solve so please tell me

If perforation is small and recent onset take medicines to treat the infection and associated pathology..if perforation doesn't heal after medical management need surgery is needed..
