Ear problem
Sir one of my ear has parmanently damaged and the remaining ear is not functioning well .although i have been using ear machine still i cant hear properly

You seem to be suffering from bilateral sensory neural hearing loss which can't be cured by medications. In many patients it may be progressive disorder causing permanent hearing loss. You may need to used better hearing aids or consider cochlear implant if hearing aids are not helping you
