First and foremost I would like to know if you had used any kind of ear buds or q tips to clean your ear in d recent past. If so, there is a likelyhood of trauma to your external ear as well as the ear drum  which has led to discharge in the form of pus, which is blood stained and occasion painful. If you have not been using ear buds or any foreign material to clear your ear, there is a likely hood of developing a fungal infection also but that is usually associated with pain and severe itching. If this problem is happening since a very long time say from child hood and is intermittent, I would advice you to show an ENT specialist as soon as possible to get the thing assessed and treated.
Next Steps
1.tab augmentin 625mg thrice a day after breakfast, lunch and dinner 2 Tab pan 40 once a day half hr before bfast 3. Mixbiotic ear drops 3 drops three times a days 4. tab zerodol after food ( if extreme pain is present)
Health Tips
1. Avoid any kind of foreign material entering your ear. 2. Adequate precaution using sterile cotton to  protect the ear (cotton should be applied only outside and changed every 6 hours)

Pus and blood coming out of ear indicates infection of the ear canal or the membrane. You should take a course of antibiotics as well as start using antibiotic ear drops.
Next Steps
Prevent water from entering the ear and consult an ENT surgeon at the earliest.
