My Ears has been ringing the past few days along with pounding, they're hurting, I've had ear promblems in the past such as tubes. I'm starting to get a bump develop behind my right ear

Ringing sensation (Tinnitus) is a symptom of some issue. This might be a middle ear pathology. You must see an ENT specialist without delay.

if Tinnitus persists even after ENT treatment, see a qualified Audiologist
Health Tips
do no put anything in ears ( oil, unprescribed drops etc). take steam do not blow nose forcefully
