Sir/mam, i am noticing much wax in my ear since last one year approx. can you please suggest me a ear drop or any other wax clean solution for ear wax cleaning.

As per your description you might have impacted wax..put wax softening ear drop three times a day for at least 5 days.. visit an ENT specialist for wax removal..
