Can early cavities found on the edge of molar tooth heal by themselves? i recently got an x ray done and the cavity is on the enamel and not yet reached the dentin.

It wnt heal itself u need to get pit n fissure sealant done if not in dentin.u may consult me for same

Cavity cannot ever heal by itself. You should confirm with your dentist how deep it is and get an treatment done that is either filling or application of sealent.
