Early Liver cirrhosis
Recently i am been diagnosed by early liver cirrhosis.
My required meditation are already started but i would like to know what diet i need to follow now and what food i need to eat and what not to eat.

Hello....... Cut down the amount of protein you eat. This will help limit the buildup of toxic waste products.So avoid non veg food items, Taking vitamins and medicines prescribed by doctor ,Limit your salt intake. shouldn't touch alcohol if you have that habbit... .. You can take veggies,
