I got my periods of this month on 1st October but today again there was bleeding and the flow was lighter and the colour was darker than usual menstrual blood.I don't feel any sort of pain just occasional stomach pain.

Did u do an unprotected sex ,as this could be due to implantation bleeding or due to ovulation ,based on the information u give we shall be able to advise you further on this.
