Early pregnancy cramps
Hello Doctor. I Am on first round of letrozole. I was tested urine positives pregnancy on cycle day 37. Iam having appointment on Friday. Iam feelings period like cramps like for few seconds while walking and getting up from bed and sofa. And some time ovary pains and some time feeling uterus pain after urinating for few seconds. Pls let me know is it common cramps in early pregnancy ?

Maybe it's due to urine infection
Are you having frequent urine with burning sensation?
Any bleeding vaginally?
If not then mild cramps can be treated with just progesterone support as of now

Pregnancy never cause such type of cramps ,on Friday u r treating doctor can give better opinion in the matter
